Data we process: account data, email address, username, TradingView username, order and subscription status, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers, invoice metadata, support messages and technical server/security logs.
Purpose of processing: providing LBR account access, managing the Volume Heatmap subscription, processing payments through Stripe, activating TradingView access, customer support, security, fraud prevention and legal/accounting obligations.
Legal bases: contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where consent is requested.
Payment provider: payments, invoices, payment methods and cancellations are handled by Stripe. Card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by LBR.
TradingView activation: the TradingView username provided during checkout is used to activate access to the indicator.
Storage period: data is kept only as long as necessary for account access, subscriptions, support, security and statutory retention obligations. Invoice and accounting data may be retained according to applicable legal retention periods.
Your rights: subject to legal requirements, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
Cookies and local storage: the website may use technically necessary cookies/session storage for login, cart, security and account functions. No marketing tracking is intended unless added separately and disclosed.
Product: LBR currently offers the Volume Heatmap, a proprietary TradingView indicator subscription for volume-based market analysis.
Subscription: the subscription is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown during checkout. Billing, invoices, payment methods and cancellation are managed through Stripe.
Activation: after successful payment, access is manually activated for the TradingView username provided by the customer. Activation usually takes 1 to 6 hours, but may take longer in exceptional cases.
User responsibility: the customer is responsible for providing the correct TradingView username and for maintaining access to their TradingView account.
No financial advice: LBR indicators are analysis tools only. They do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations or guaranteed results. X markers indicate liquidity areas that have been hit and must not be interpreted as automatic buy, sell or entry signals.
Availability: access may depend on external services such as TradingView, Stripe, hosting providers and internet connectivity. Temporary interruptions may occur.
Cancellation: subscriptions can be managed and cancelled through the Stripe billing portal available in the user panel. Access remains governed by the active Stripe subscription status and the displayed billing period.
Right of withdrawal: statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. For digital services provided immediately after purchase, withdrawal rights may be affected where legally permitted once digital access has been activated at the customer's request.
Governing law: unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise, the laws of Germany apply.
